Isla Mukheef is currently working as a research assistant at the applied center for AI, while pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Computer Science degree at Sheridan College. She previously studied Computer Engineering at Istanbul Arel University.

With a passion for understanding the low level of computer systems, Isla has built projects such as TEEX and other assembly projects. Adding to that, she has also dived into the world of computer vision and machine learning as a hobby. Isla is also combining her knowledge of computer vision and machine learning with UAVs and other robotic systems. With a passion to pass that knowledge to others, she has given lectures on different topics in her previous university. She also maintains a blog where she shares various thoughts and writeups on her various passions and interests.
